What has Ariel been doing this winter (2009)?

The 2008/2009 winter is indeed a long winter... or at least it feels so, probably because of my pregnancy? I can't do much with Ariel during this time, even making play dough for her is a challenge. So, what has she been doing? Other than playing with commercial playdoh this time round, she's been playing with building blocks, and as a preschooler, she's beginning to engage in make-believe play.


I simply love these wooden blocks. It's got a great feel to them :) They are great for learning about shapes too.


This is the tower that Ariel made on her own. Totally proud of her :)


Cooking is another of Ariel's favorite activity.


Apparently, all of her 2 yo friends love cooking too, in school.
